With some of our recent sales, it seems we have been a target for hacked Paypal accounts. Thankfully Paypal has been good about protecting us as a seller so we have not lost any money yet, however it does put stress on our account and ties funds up for extended periods of time.
Due to this activity, we have decided to disable Paypal for the time being.
We still have the following payment methods available:
1. Credit Card - The merchant account we use is aggressive with validating cards, to help with the risk for higher value items. The maximum transaction size supported without prior approval is $10K. If you require higher credit card limits please reach out and we will see if we can accommodate, with limits up to $100K or more.
2. Bitpay is available, supporting up to $500K per transaction utilizing BTC, ETH, USDT, and dozens of other coins/tokens, the full list is available here: https://support.bitpay.com/hc/en-us/articles/203411543-What-currencies-can-I-use-to-pay-a-BitPay-invoice
3. Bank Wire/ACH - Bank wires incur no fees and are the preferred method for larger transactions.
I know disabling Paypal is an inconvenience for those that have used it with no issues, but with significant fraud attempts it is becoming a burden.
Please reach out if you have any questions.
