Payment Updates – Addressing issues with the checkout experience

First I want to say we appreciate all of the customers that took the time to walk through challenges they were having with the payment experience on the site. It provided needed insight to better understand why we have been having issues with the checkout experience.
The site has been undergoing an evolution as we are trying to better reflect what we do as a business and move away from the legacy, which was GPU servers that turned into very popular Etherum Miners.
With that change has come some growing pains, we have a new development team which started last fall, and the result of the first project is the site you now see. On the backend the architecture was changed and a number of integration hurdles were overcome.
With all that said, we have had persistent payment issues with the site, customers having charges pending but not completed, completed charges without the site marking the order for processing, partial charges, and a handful of others. Mix that with the daily fraud attempts from bad actors and it's a challenge to get right.
While we strive to do the best we can any poor experience is one too many, and we have had many as of late.
We have pushed out some updates in an attempt to address the issues, however please don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything outstanding.
