Update on Paypal Transaction Fees.

A quick update on the state of transaction fees on the site… For some time now we marked Paypal fees as refundable, and for many years they were, however Paypal introduced changes some time ago, where they will keep the fees no matter what, just like our old credit card processor Stripe does. We don’t like to say it, however at this point any fees paid as part of an order are non refundable if a return is made.
